Our Origin Story
Sparkle Insights was founded by Iris Yim, a global insights strategist with roots in Taiwan and the U.S. After leading cultural insights at a major research firm—until the division dissolved—she launched Sparkle Insights in 2014 to advance culturally intelligent, human-centered research for organizations that want to understand people at a deeper level.
