Sparkle Insights is a consumer research and strategy firm. We help organizations understand how people make decisions and how culture, identity, and everyday life shape those choices. We conduct research with people from a wide range of backgrounds so organizations can hear perspectives they might otherwise miss.
Join our research community by completing a short profile. When a study fits your profile, we may invite you to learn more and see whether you qualify. Joining is free, and you can decide whether to take part in each opportunity.

What is market research?
Market research helps organizations learn from people before making decisions. You might answer an online survey, join a group conversation, take part in an interview, or give feedback on an idea. Studies can cover topics such as food, media, healthcare, transportation, financial services, and advertising.
Why do your opinions matter?
Your experiences can reveal what works, what feels confusing, and what organizations have overlooked. There are no “right” opinions. Honest feedback helps us give organizations a fuller understanding of the people they hope to serve.

Each invitation will explain what the study involves, the time required, and any compensation before you agree to take part.
Frequently asked questions
Does signing up guarantee that I’ll be invited to a study?
No. Invitations depend on the requirements and available spaces for each study. Some members may hear from us more often than others.
Will I be paid?
Many studies offer compensation. The amount and payment method vary by project and will be explained in the invitation or before you agree to participate. Completing a profile does not earn a payment.
Why might I receive an invitation but not qualify?
A study may need people with particular experiences or characteristics. We may ask a few screening questions, and a study may fill before everyone who receives an invitation can participate. Any compensation for screening will be explained in the study invitation.
What kinds of studies might I be invited to?
Opportunities may include surveys, individual interviews, focus groups, online discussions, or activities completed over several days. Some are online; others may take place by phone or in person.
Will my name appear in a research report?
Our findings are generally reported as combined results or with quotations that do not include participants’ names. Some studies may use recordings or selected video clips, sometimes with a first name. We’ll explain what may be shared and ask for the appropriate permission before participation.
How will you use my profile?
We use it to contact you, identify studies that may fit, manage participation and compensation, and check research quality. See our Research Participant Privacy Notice.
Can I stop receiving invitations or update my information?
Yes. Email hello@sparkleinsights.com to request a profile update or removal from future invitations. You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time using the link in any email.
Your privacy
We use your profile to manage invitations and participation. Clients generally receive combined findings or quotations without participants’ names. Learn more in our Research Participant Privacy Notice.
